Product description
A character sipper shaped like the Mayor of Halloween Town, with his tall hat, flat shoulder base, detachable strap, and signature rotating head that switches between smiling and distressed faces. The straw is concealed under a closure in the hat, which unscrews for filling. Originally released at Walt Disney World in 2025, the sipper returned to Disneyland Resort beginning August 18, 2026.
